I was always looking for approval or attention or whatever. I was a closet attention seeker and it was because I never felt worthy. I'm learning now that none of that matters and am actively working on focusing on the things that bring me joy.
That's big. I think many of us get stuck in entitlement which can lead to darker places. It's awesome that you're actively pursuing joy 🖤
